Mr. Garcia is a resident of Mexico, with a Mining and Metallurgical Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, and an MS in Geology from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of the OPM Graduate Course from Harvard University. His career in the mining industry spans over 34 years, including the positions of Mine Manager in Naica Chihuahua Mine (known for its copper, zinc and silver selenite crystals), training in the departments of geology, smelting and engineering, as well as Chief of the Engineering Department of Bethlehem Steel Corporation. Currently, he is Chairman and CEO of a private company with massive land holdings and interests in mining concessions in various states in Mexico.

Mr. Garcia's professional associations include tenures as President of the College of Mines (Mexico), President of Mexican Small Mines Association (Mexico), President of the Academy of Engineering Mining Chapter, a former Member of the Chamber of Mines Board of Directors, and a former member of the Peñoles Board of Directors.

In the past 15 years, Mr. Eadie has been actively involved in public resource companies raising over 80 million dollars for various exploration and development projects around the world. Over the years, Mr. Eadie has built an impressive network of contacts in Europe, North America and Asia and has established a reputation as the catalyst behind various successful start up resource companies. He brings extensive marketing and public relations expertise to the board and makes executive decisions based on long term sustainable growth.

Mr. Eadie advocates open dialogue between management, directors, and shareholders as a key ingredient to success. Mr. Eadie resides in Vancouver, B.C. where he is a predominant business figure, family man and compassionate community member. Mr. Eadie's unique past experience as a private business owner reflects his down-to earth approach to business and dedication to company growth.

Mr. Gunning is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and holds a B.A.Sc., in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering (mining option). A member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, Mr. Gunning is a practicing mining engineer with over 25 years experience in mineral exploration, development and operations in North and South America, Europe and Asia. Since 1996, he has provided operations and project management, resource estimations and property evaluations for various mining companies, primarily for precious metal projects.

Mr. Arca is a Chartered Accountant and has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1980. Mr. Arca was a partner with two separate public accounting firms from 1996 to December 2005. Mr. Arca has extensive experience dealing with public companies and, since 2005, has served as a director of many publicly traded resource companies.

Mr. Estra joins the company with over 39 years experience in the fields of finance and strategic planning. Formerly a leading research analyst and global metals/mining team leader for a number of major investment banks, including SG Warburg (now UBS), Merrill Lynch and BT Alex Brown (now Deutsche Bank), Mr. Estra is Managing Director, Private Equity at Sutter Securities Incorporated, focused on raising capital for emerging natural resource companies.

Mr. Estra is also a Director of Searchlight Minerals Corp. and Ensurge, Inc., both publicly traded companies in the mining and metals industry.

Mr. Estra graduated with High Distinction from Babson College (International Economics) and with Honors from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business (Finance). He served in the United States Army (Medical Corps) and has been a member of the American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineers, the Foreign Policy Association, the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Stock & Bond Club of South Florida. He holds Series 6, 7, 24 57 and 58 securities licenses.

Mr. Villaseñor is the Financial Planner for Goldcorp Mexico. He obtained a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from the University of Guanajuato in 1972, a Master of Science from Columbia University of New York City in 1976, and a Finance Degree from the Instituto Tecnologico de Mexico in 1985. Mr. Villaseñor is a member of the Mexican Mining Chamber Board.

Mr. Prestamo has a Certified Public Accountant Degree from the University of Monterrey, Mexico, a Masters in Business from EGADE - I.T.E.S.M University and an Executive Business Education program degree from IPADE Business School. Mr. Prestamo has served at the Board level and was a member of various committees of several Mexican companies.

Mr. Prestamo has over 12 years of administrative, public accounting, and corporate finance experience with different public companies listed in Mexican and US financial markets, serving as manager and director of companies involved in diverse industries, including the mining industry. Prior to joining Starcore, he was Director of Planning and Investor Relations Officer of a large Mexican public company.
